Our cuisine is based on traditional Tuscan recipes handed down for generations that retain the authenticity and taste of the past, thanks to the careful selection of local ingredients.
Our dishes are prepared using only products of “short chain”, for example products from us or food bought directly from farmers in the area. The flavour of our dishes is about the products we grow in our fields, carefully selected and taken directly from our vegetable garden to the table. Healthy eating and authentic as dictated by our culinary tradition.
This guarantees freshness, quality and seasonality of the product.
The aromas and the flavours of the cuisine are enhanced by the extra-virgin olive oil produced by our olive trees.
Some of our dishes: fresh pasta made exclusively handmade: Pici and Maltagliati seasoned with traditional Tuscan meat sauce, ravioli pasta with pecorino cheese and artichokes. Our selection of pastas includes the famous ribollita, pappa al pomodoro, Volterrana soup and our special polenta with cod.
The selection of seconds ranges from high quality meat (Fiorentina, beef steak) to our famous fried dishes (rabbit, artichokes, vegetables from our garden)
To end with desserts, many delicious and mouth-watering cakes strictly from our own production.
